OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Weber-Morgan Health Department is reopening on Fridays.
The health department went through a two-month trial period of a four-day workweek, coinciding with state government offices' new hours.
The department says people wanting items from the Immunization and Vital Records office now have a chance to do it Monday through Friday. The division includes birth and death records and vaccination schedules.
The extended hours will keep the office open until 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 p.m. on Fridays.
The department is also offering clinic visits by appointment only. Walk-in patients will be seen on a first-come, first served basis.
