MACOMB, Ill. — Led by Trey Deveaux's 23 points, the Western Illinois Leathernecks defeated the Lindenwood Lions 86-81 in overtime on Tuesday night. The Leathernecks improved to 11-19 with the win and the Lions fell to 14-16.
