SEVILLE, Spain — Mallorca has salvaged a point at Sevilla thanks to a stoppage-time equalizer from Slovakian defender Martin Valjent in La Liga. Sevilla goalkeeper Orjan Nyland dropped a hopeful cross at Valjent's feet and he slid the ball in. The referee allowed the goal after a long video review. Mallorca took the lead on the stroke of halftime through Kike Salas. It climbs into eighth place. Sevilla moves up two places into 11th.
