IRVINE, Calif. — Led by Marcus Adams Jr.'s 24 points, the Cal State Northridge Matadors defeated the UC Irvine Anteaters 84-72 on Thursday. The Matadors improved to 19-7 with the win and the Anteaters fell to 22-5.
