MILAN — Marko Arnautovic's first league goal of the season has given Inter Milan a 2-1 win over Fiorentina in Serie A. Marin Pongračić deflected Lautaro Martinez's header into his own net to give Inter the lead but Rolando Mandragora levelled from the spot just before halftime on Monday. However, Arnautovic glanced a header past a static Fiorentina defense seven minutes into the second period to lift it into second place in Serie A, a point behind leader Napoli. Fiorentina remains sixth.
