BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. — Led by Anthony Selden's 20 points, the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs defeated the Winthrop Eagles 89-83 on Wednesday night. The Runnin' Bulldogs improved to 7-9 with the victory and the Eagles fell to 11-7.
