SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Led by Mister Dean's 23 points, the South Carolina Upstate Spartans defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 77-67 on Wednesday night. The Spartans improved to 5-12 with the victory and the Blue Hose fell to 8-10.
