BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Chris Walker scored 21 points, Gavin Walsh added 18 points to go with 17 rebounds and Binghamton beat UMBC 87-82 in the America East Conference opener for both teams. The Bearcats moved to 9-7 with the win and the Retrievers fell to 8-8.
