SAN FRANCISCO — Led by Malik Thomas' 19 points, the San Francisco Dons defeated the Loyola Marymount Lions 70-55 in the West Coast Conference opener for both teams. The Dons are now 11-3 with the victory and the Lions dropped to 8-5. Jevon Porter led Loyola Marymount with 22 points.
