JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Led by Quimari Peterson's 19 points, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers defeated the Elon Phoenix 84-58 on Wednesday night. The Buccaneers improved to 7-5 with the win and the Phoenix fell to 7-4.
