PHILADELPHIA — Jamal Mashburn Jr. scored 19 points to lead the Temple Owls and Elijah Gray hit the game-winning layup with four seconds remaining as the Owls took down the Davidson Wildcats 62-61 on Wednesday night. The Owls improved to 7-4 with the victory and the Wildcats fell to 8-3.
