PHILADELPHIA — Led by Daeshon Shepherd's 24 points, the La Salle Explorers defeated the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights 77-72. The Knights were led by Terrence Brown, who posted 21 points, seven rebounds and five assists. The Explorers are now 7-5 with the victory and the Knights fell to 4-9.
