Kam Jones of Marquette is the AP men's basketball player of the week after becoming the first Golden Eagles player since Dwyane Wade in the 2003 NCAA Tournament to record a triple-double. Jones had 17 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists to help Marquette snap then-No. 6 Purdue's 39-game regular-season non-conference winning streak last Tuesday. Jones also had 10 points in a win over Georgia as Marquette climbed to No. 10 in the AP Top 25 with its first 6-0 start since the 2011-12 season. Maxime Raynaud of Stanford was the runner-up after a 32-point, 16-rebound performance against Santa Clara.
