NORFOLK, Va. — Led by Devin Ceaser's 23 points, the Old Dominion Monarchs defeated the Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks 73-71 on Friday night. The Monarchs moved to 1-3 with the win and the Hawks fell to 0-4.
