EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — The Los Angeles Chargers and New Orleans Saints got off to quick starts this season with wins in their first two games. Both teams have cooled off as they meet on Sunday. The 3-3 Chargers have dropped three of their past four, including a 17-15 loss at Arizona on Monday night while the 2-5 Saints are looking to avoid their first six-game skid since 2005.
