The Minnesota Vikings host the San Francisco 49ers after decisive opening wins for each team. The Vikings beat the New York Giants 28-6. The 49ers beat the New York Jets 32-19. The 49ers are favored by 5½ points per BetMGM. The matchup pits Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold against the team he was the backup for last season. Darnold directed three touchdown drives that averaged 78 yards for the best rate in the NFL in Week 1. Jordan Mason rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown in his first career start for the 49ers last week for the injured Christian McCaffrey.
