(KSL News) Thousands of cuddly friends looking for homes stopped by American Fork today. They were brought by Santa in his hot air balloon.
Santa's balloon took flight with dozens of teddy bears from Bank of American Fork's Project Teddy Bear. Those bears were donated by people in the community, like Elizabeth and Hannah Jones, who collected 253 on their own.
The stuffed animals will all go to family crisis centers where they'll be used in play therapy to help comfort children who are in difficult situations.
