FAIRFAX, Va. — Led by Keyshawn Hall's 20 points and 12 rebounds, the George Mason Patriots defeated the George Washington Revolutionaries 90-67. The Patriots are now 17-8 with the win and the Revolutionaries dropped to 14-10.
