(KSL News) -- A plea deal will keep a man accused of sexual assault out of prison.

Yesterday Kent Parkinson plead no contest to 18 felony charges, including rape and aggravated kidnapping in connection with an attack on two women he met through a dating website.

In exchange for the plea, he was sentenced to time served and three years probation. If he obeys the terms of his probation the charges will be charges will be wiped from his record.
