EL PASO, Texas — Led by Jack Doumbia's 17 points, the Norfolk State Spartans defeated the South Dakota State Jackrabbits 84-65 on Thursday night at the Sun Bowl Invitational. The Spartans improved to 9-6 with the win and the Jackrabbits fell to 6-7.
