RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Led by Dontaie Allen's 17 points, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers defeated the Cal Baptist Lancers 73-70. The Hilltoppers are now 10-3 on the season, while the Lancers dropped to 7-4.
