HENDERSON, Nev. — Led by JT Toppin's 27 points, the New Mexico Lobos defeated the Toledo Rockets 92-84 at the Ball Dawgs Classic. The Lobos improved to 3-1 with the victory and the Rockets fell to 3-1.
