ST. GEORGE — St. George police are asking the public for help finding a missing, endangered 18-year-old last seen Friday.

Police said Kevin Rugg "functions as an 8-year-old." He was last seen leaving his home near 2200 E. Dinosaur Crossing, wearing a black shirt, black basketball shorts and black flip-flops.

Rugg is described as being 5-foot-8 and 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Rugg is encouraged to call St. George Police at 435-627-4300.
