MONA, Juab County — A pothole on an overpass on I-15 in central Utah will force road crews to reduce a section of the road down to one lane for about a week, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.
A pothole in the southbound lane of I-15 that goes over state Route 54 in Mona will be repaired this week. The pothole will force repair crews to reduce that section of road on the overpass down to one lane, said UDOT spokesman John Gleason. The section of SR 54, also known as 300 North in Mona, which goes under I-15, will be closed in all directions.
The Juab County Sheriff's Office warned Wednesday, particularly to those who live in Mona or work at nearby Barnes Bullets, to expect delays in the area.
Until it reopens, vehicles can use Old Highway 91 through South Santaquin, the sheriff's office stated.
