Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin completed his comeback from a near-death experience in January by playing against Miami on Sunday. It was his first regular-season action since going into cardiac arrest on needing to be resuscitated on the field during a game at Cincinnati. Hamlin took the field as part of Buffalo's kickoff return unit to open the game against the Dolphins. The Bills won 48-20.
