SALT LAKE CITY — As another week comes to an end, Week 5 of college football approaches. Here are five non-local games to check out over the weekend.

No. 13 LSU at No. 20 Ole Miss

Saturday, Sept. 30, 4 p.m. MDT (ESPN)

Both LSU and Ole Miss are coming into this matchup with one loss on their record. LSU started the season off with a tough loss to now No. 5 Florida State in Week 1, while Ole Miss fell to now No. 12 Alabama last week.

Tigers' quarterback Jayden Daniels will serve as a difficult obstacle for the Rebels with his 1,296 passing yards and completing 72.6% of his passes this season.

No. 24 Kansas at No. 3 Texas

Saturday, Sept. 30, 1:30 p.m. MDT (ABC)

After handing BYU its first loss of the season, Kansas is on to one of the bigger fish in the Big 12 as they travel to face No. 3 Texas. Both teams remain undefeated on the season and one win under their belts in conference play.

Despite the Jayhawks having a successful season so far, this will be Texas' game to lose. In last year's matchup, the Longhorns defeated Kansas 55-14.

No. 11 Notre Dame at No. 17 Duke

Saturday, Sept. 30, 5:30 p.m. MDT (ABC)

For the first time ever, ESPN's College GameDay will be in Durham for football instead of basketball. Duke started this season out with a bang, beating then-No. 9 Clemson 28-7 at home. Since then, they have yet to be truly tested.

Last week, Notre Dame took a devastating loss to Ohio State when the Buckeyes scored a go-ahead touchdown in the last second of the game. This ranked matchup should prove to be a fun one.

No. 2 Michigan at Nebraska

Saturday, Sept. 30, 1:30 p.m. MDT (FOX)

Michigan will not be playing at the Big House this week. Instead, they'll face Nebraska in the team's first away game of the season. Nebraska entered the 2023 season with first-year head coach Matt Rhule, who has attempted to implement some "old-school" formations into the Cornhuskers' offense.

The Wolverines have been dominating offensively in their last four games, which gives reason to believe Michigan has little to worry about as their team heads to Lincoln.

No. 6 USC at Colorado

Saturday, Sept. 30, 10 a.m. MDT (FOX)

Colorado has certainly been the headlining team so far this season, with exciting content both on and off the field with Coach Prime. But Colorado took a beating last week at Oregon. A similar fate could come again this week as USC travels to Boulder.

Reigning Heisman winner Caleb Williams continues to be a top quarterback in the country and has done his part to lead the Trojans' impressive high-scoring offense.
