SALT LAKE CITY — Don't make plans this weekend; Week 4 is a doozy, with some amazing college football games on the docket.
The weekend slate features six games where both teams are ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 poll, with many of them competing in a competitive 1:30 p.m. MDT time slot — including No. 11 Utah welcoming No. 22 UCLA to Rice-Eccles Stadium (FOX), and BYU traveling to Kansas (ESPN) for its first conference game as a new member of the Big 12.
Add to that ranked matchups featuring No. 14 Oregon State and No. 21 Washington State in what is a de facto "Pac-2 championship game" (5 p.m. MDT, FOX), and No. 6 Ohio State traveling to North Bend, Indiana, to take on No. 9 Notre Dame (5:30 p.m. MDT, NBC), and it creates a great slate of games to pick this weekend — and that's just scratching the surface.
Rounding out the games this weekend is Utah State welcoming James Madison (6 p.m. MDT, KJZZ), who transitioned to the FBS level last season, to Logan. The Aggies enter the game with freshman McCae Hillstead as its new starter at quarterback.
Good luck picking the games this week!
