CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — Led by Aquan Smart's 14 points, the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks defeated the Eastern Illinois Panthers 78-64 on Thursday night. The Redhawks improved to 14-14 with the victory and the Panthers fell to 9-19.
