HOUSTON — Houston Texans general manager Nick Caserio is embarking on his third coaching search in as many years. Caserio was peppered with questions Monday about the team's failures and how he plans to turn things around. The Texans fired Lovie Smith after he went 3-13-1 in his only season. A year earlier, Houston fired David Culley, who also lasted only one year and went 4-13. Neither coach had much talent to work with and Caserio acknowledged Monday that he needed to do a better job building the roster. He also knows this might be his last chance to get it right.
