(KSL News) West Jordan police have arrested a man for date rape.
Loren Daniel Nicholes apparently met the victim through a telephone dating service. The two went out a few times before the woman says the rape happened.
She told officers Nicholes showed up drunk at her apartment Tuesday night and attacked her. She later ran to a neighbor's apartment for help.
When police arrived, they found Nicholes passed out on her bed.
