SALT LAKE CITY — Last week, Ohio State claimed the No. 1 spot in the KSL.com Top 25 Fan Poll, and they've only grown their lead in the weekend that followed.
The Buckeyes inched up to No. 2 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll earlier this week, but continue to be a favorite among KSL.com ballots with 51 first-place votes. Behind Ohio State is No. 2 Alabama (20), No. 3 Georgia (24), No. 4 Michigan (1) and No. 5 Clemson (1).
Tennessee, which ranked No. 8 last week, has moved up to No. 6 this week ahead of a matchup against Alabama at home.
After Week 6 losses, Utah dropped to No. 17, three spots higher than where they landed in the AP Top 25, and BYU dropped to No. 24. The Cougars did not make the cut in the official AP Top 25.
