(KSL News) Prosecutors reached a plea deal with one of the two men charged with obtaining stolen University Hospital medical records.
Shadd Dean Hartman agreed to plead guilty to misdeanor counts of receiving stolen property and attempted unlawful possession of another's identification documents. He could face up to two years in jail when he is sentenced later this month.
Hartmann and another man were found in possession of the records in July. They had been stolen from the car of a courier a month earlier.
