(KSL News) A man charged in the murder of a Spanish Fork teenager has waived his right to a jury trial.
Christopher Neal Jeppson and former classmate Timmy Brent Olsen, is charged with killing Kiplyn Davis back in 1995. Davis' body has never been found.
The Utah County Attorney's Office tells the Deseret News it will respond to the request at a hearing tomorrow.
