Recently, The U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics reported that more than four million people quit their jobs in April 2021—a whopping 2.7% of the total labor force. More than ever people are wanting a job that is rewarding, conducive to their lifestyle, and will allow them to grow professionally and personally, so much so they are willing to explore new paths.
