WELLSVILLE, Cache County — A woman who died after her vehicle crossed into traffic Wednesday was identified by Utah Highway Patrol on Saturday.

Janice W. Bradshaw, 69, of Wellsville, was driving a Honda Accord north on U.S. Highway 89/91 near Wellsville about 4:49 p.m. when the vehicle crossed into the southbound lanes and collided with a Dodge pickup truck, according to the UHP.

The woman sustained injuries in the crash and died at the scene. The woman was the only occupant of her vehicle.

No information was given on whether anyone in the pickup truck was injured.
