(KSL News) An 18-month-old girl died at a Layton day care.
Police say she became tangled up in a window blind cord at 80 East 1150 North.
The owner began CPR and called police. Police and firefighters took over the CPR and took the girl to the hospital. But she died there.
Police are investigating.
