EAGLE MOUNTAIN — A third man and a juvenile have been arrested for their alleged participation in a frightening episode at an Eagle Mountain home over the weekend.
Sunday morning, police were called to the house on a report of shots being fired into the residence. Police reviewed the home's surveillance cameras, which recorded "the suspects breaking the back door glass and firing into the residence, suspects breaking windows with a bat and throwing rocks through windows. Cameras also showed shots being fired into a vehicle in the front of the house in the driveway," according to a police affidavit.
Police say a total of seven people were recorded going into the backyard of the home and walking onto the deck.
"One individual is holding a rifle, another individual is holding a handgun and another individual holding a small baseball bat. Four other individuals are also seen on camera throwing rocks through windows at the back of the home. The individual holding the rifle breaks the glass with the muzzle of the rifle and sticks the rifle into the home and begins to fire six rounds into the home," the affidavit states.
All seven then went to the front of the house where one person kicked out the side window of a minivan parked in the driveway and five rounds were fired into the vehicle, according to the affidavit.
"A total of 11 shots were fired at the residence. Six rounds from a rifle through the rear of the home and five rounds into the minivan parked in the driveway," police wrote in the reports.
The group then ran to two nearby cars that were waiting for them.
Cesar Martin Barragan, 19, of Orem, was booked into the Utah County Jail Tuesday for investigation of three counts of aggravated assault and 11 counts of felony discharge of a firearm.

He joins brothers David Lopez, 18, and Hector Lopez-Tamayo, 21, both of Orem, were arrested Sunday on suspicion of the same counts.

The Utah County Sheriff's Office also confirmed Wednesday that a fourth person, a juvenile, has also been arrested in connection with the incident. Detectives on Wednesday were looking for others believed to be involved.
Three people were in the house at the time of the shooting, including a 12-year-old boy. No injuries were reported.

Investigators learned that the shooting may be in retaliation for an incident involving the family's 16-year-old son, who was not at the Eagle Mountain house at the time of the shooting, according to the affidavit.
Police say the son is a suspect in assault case on Nov. 25. In that incident, a vehicle rammed into another car allegedly driven by David Lopez.
