SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police said Saturday afternoon they have located the disabled 16-year-old teen who went missing from the Fairpark neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Andrew Chandler went missing about 1:51 a.m. in the alley behind 1100 W. 400 North, police said. They said he functions at the capacity of a 9-year-old.
Chandler was also reported missing on Wednesday, Oct. 7, but was quickly located. "Thanks for everyone who kept an eye out for him," the department wrote on social media.
