WEST VALLEY CITY — Police have safely located a 90-year-old man who went missing Sunday morning.
West Valley City Police tweeted Ruperto Chuga, 90, left his home at 9 a.m. and had not returned. Officials reported he was found safe before 7 p.m.
Officials were concerned about his well-being because he has Alzheimer's disease and needed his medication.
