(KSL News) While millions are hitting the malls today, an equal number, if not more, will be going online for Cyber Monday deals.

Numerous Web sites give consumers an overview of the best deals from e-tailers for the holiday season.

Some even allow shoppers to sign up for e-mail alerts to tell them when prices drop on items they want.

The term Cyber Monday was first coined three years ago by the National Retail Federation when it noticed a spike in sales on retail Web sites the Monday after Thanksgiving.
