(KSL News) Police this morning are looking for two men who they say tried to steal another man's wallet then stab him.
The victim was sitting in his car near 700 North Irving Street when the two men pulled up beside him. They hopped out and demanded his wallet.
Sgt. Mike Tuttle, SLC PD: "When he refused to do it, the suspect attempted to stab him or slash him. He got his hand in the way to fend off the attack, and that's when he was cut on the hand."
The victim then got out of his car and fought his attackers. They got in their truck and drove off.
Police are looking for a late 90's model, silver or gray Ford F-150.
