(KSL News) -- A Florida man who shot an intruder in a Cedar City parking lot will NOT face charges.

The Iron County District Attorney decided Carl Coltellino acted in self defense.

Coltellino was staying with family in a camper in a Walmart parking lot last July when Stephen Stubbs, tried to break in. Coltellino struggled with Stubbs and shot him in the head.
