CLEVELAND (AP) -- It was a battle Royals in Cleveland tonight.

Kansas City pitcher Runelvys (roon-EHL'-vihs) Hernandez and catcher John Buck got into a fight in the dugout at the end of the third inning of the Royals' game against the Indians.

Hernandez jogged to the dugout, turned and pointed at Buck and began yelling. The two players charged each other and began throwing punches before being separated by teammates and coaches.

The two players came back out onto the field for the bottom of the fourth.

Hernandez allowed three hits and one run over the first three innings and was helped by two double plays.
