SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The phones are ringing again in Brian Head, a small Utah town known for skiing and other outdoor recreation.
The outage lasted just under three hours and affected long-distance calls. Service was restored about 1:30 pm.
A cable was cut by a crew working on State Route 143.
Brian Head has a little more than 100 residents, 218 miles south of Salt Lake City.
