(KSL News) -- Students at Utah Valley State College will soon have a new place to study.

Administrators broke ground today on the construction site for UVSC's new library.

The state legislature gave UVSC at 46 million dollar grant for the project back in March.

The new library will include group study rooms, a commons area with over 100 computers and an expanded collections department.

The library will be completed in the Spring of 2009.
