(KSL News) -- Wasatch Junior High could be rebuilt by 2008.

Granite School District officials say they have renewed efforts to get the school built quickly, and yesterday sent out requests for bids on the new building.

The school burned to the ground last summer.

Previously, residents criticized the school district for putting off rebuilding plans.
