COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 63-year-old man who is considered endangered.

William Kelly Orr was last seen leaving his home about 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, according to Cottonwood Heights police.

Police believe Orr was wearing blue jeans, a blue and brown plaid shirt, and a black Associated Foods sweatshirt. He left his home in a brown 2004 Honda CRV with Utah license plate V843WS.
