1. Schools, cities in Utah prepare for super storm following Super Bowl

Sunday’s Super Bowl matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs was played in pleasant Miami, but there won't be any Sunshine State-like weather in Utah for a while.

4. Man arrested in connection with West Valley City apartment arson, officials say

A man has been arrested in connection with a two-alarm apartment fire in West Valley City on Saturday night that was intentionally set, officials said on Sunday.

5. UTA pilot program will give fare cards to low-income Utahns

Parent-teacher conferences, job interviews and medical appointments are just some of the things impoverished Utahns frequently miss because of problems with transportation. The Utah Transit Authority wants to change that.

1. Super Rally: Mahomes, Chiefs win Super Bowl with late surge

All it took was falling behind by double digits in the postseason, again. Then Mahomes led the Chiefs to 21 straight points in the final 6:13, hitting two long passes on touchdown drives for a 31-20 victory Sunday over the San Francisco 49ers.

2. Simpson rallies to beat Finau in Phoenix Open playoff

Webb Simpson was in big trouble when he drove into the right-side water on the par-5 15th.

He did — at friend Tony Finau's expense Sunday in the Waste Management Phoenix Open on a TPC Scottsdale course that played tougher with firm greens and a touch of wind.

3. Oh baby! Haws' late-game heroics lead BYU basketball in thriller over Saint Mary's

TJ Haws scored 23 points, including the game-winner with seven seconds remaining to lift BYU to arguably its biggest win of the year, beating conference rival Saint Mary’s 81-79 in the Marriott Center on Saturday night.

4. Utes remain winless on road in Pac-12, drop game to UCLA in afternoon tilt

Utah (12-9, 3-6) dropped a Sunday afternoon game in Los Angeles to UCLA (12-10, 5-4), 73-57, in back-to-back losses on the week for the young Utah team.

5. The Lillard Inferno continues: Damian Lillard scorches Jazz for 51

Lillard did it again on Saturday in Portland’s 124-107 win over the Jazz at Moda Center.
