CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. delivery was off 1.6 cents at $5.2960 a bushel; Dec. corn was up .60 cent at $3.67 a bushel; Mar. oats fell 26 cents at $2.92 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans gained 2.2 cents at 9.0060 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec. live cattle was off .70 cent at $1.2010 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle lost .02 cents at $1.4175 a pound; Dec. lean hogs gained .15 cent at .6040 a pound.
