CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. delivery was up 1.40 cents at $5.0960 a bushel; Dec. corn was off .40 cent at $3.75 bushel; Dec. oats rose 4.60 cents at $3.10 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans fell 1.60 cents at 9.09 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec. live cattle was up .60 cent at $1.1960 a pound; Nov. feeder cattle rose .72 cent at $1.47909 a pound; Dec. lean hogs gained 1.03 cents at .6485 a pound.
